CHEAR INDIA LIMITED is looking for Instrument Engineer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Instrumentation Design:Design, select, and specify instruments and control systems for new projects or process improvements Collaborate with project teams to ensure instrumentation requirements are met Instrumentation Installation:Oversee the installation, calibration, and commissioning of instrumentation equipment Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Maintenance and Troubleshooting:Maintain and troubleshoot instrumentation systems to ensure they function correctly and efficiently Diagnose and repair instrument-related issues Instrumentation Optimization:Optimize instrumentation systems to improve accuracy, reliability, and efficiency Identify and implement upgrades or enhancements Control Systems Integration:Integrate instrumentation with control systems (eg, DCS or PLC) to facilitate process control and automation Program and configure control systems as necessary Calibration and Testing:Perform calibration and testing of instruments and measurement devices Maintain calibration records and ensure compliance with industry standards Documentation:Maintain clear and organized documentation of instrumentation designs, specifications, and maintenance records Create as-built drawings and update documentation as needed Regulatory Compliance:Ensure that instrumentation systems comply with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations Participate in audits and inspections Spare Parts Inventory:Manage spare parts inventory for critical instrumentation equipment Ensure availability of essential components Safety:Promote safety procedures and practices in instrumentation activities Participate in safety reviews and risk assessments Training and Support:Provide training and support to maintenance and operations teams for proper instrumentation usage and troubleshooting
