About the role
Role & Strategy & Leadership Define and champion a clear, multi-year product vision and strategy for the platform and integrations, aligned with overall business objectives. Mentor and develop at least one direct report, fostering a culture of excellence and growth within the product team. Conduct thorough market, customer, and competitive analysis to identify new integration opportunities and unmet needs. Develop and manage a product roadmap that balances foundational infrastructure projects, new integration development, and long-term strategic goals. Effectively present product strategy, insights, and recommendations to the executive leadership team and other key stakeholders. Technical Execution & Integrations Demonstrate expert technical acumen by translating complex API specs and technical documentation into detailed user stories, functional requirements, and business solutions. Oversee the entire product development lifecycle for all integrations, from initial discovery and technical design to launch and iteration. Collaborate closely with engineering to build scalable, reliable, and high-quality platform services and integrations. Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, risks, and dependencies across multiple internal and external systems to ensure seamless integration. Own the relationship with external integration partners, ensuring smooth implementation and Optimization & Communication: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for platform health, integration performance, and product success. Use data-driven insights to optimize the product, prioritize features, and make sound investment decisions. Act as the subject matter expert and primary advocate for the platform and its critical role within the organization. Build solid, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful launches. Preferred Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in a related field .
