MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Full Time graduation from an accredited university (Mandatory) Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis abilities. Strong understanding of the SDLC and multiple software engineering and testing methodologies. Proficient in SQL, database testing and BI testing. Experience creating test cases and testing documentation from requirements/specifications. Experience gathering testing requirements for projects with minimal development documentation. Familiarity with issue tracking tools (JIRA, ADO etc.) Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail, ability to complete given tasks with accuracy. Self-motivated and detail oriented with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced & changing environment. Continuous Improvement mindset with technical agility. Collaborate and communicate effectively with peers & stakeholders PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS ETL/Data Testing experience - 5+ years Total testing experience - 7+ years Master's degree Align with Company Values - Do the right thing all the time Play to win Grow and Inspire Win as a te am Act boldly move quickly. Expert: Agile Testing, Test Management, Database Testing (including SQL) Intermediate: ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, Test Design Techniques, and Test Planning Basic: API, AI/ML, DBT, Monte Carlo. Certifications : ISTQB certification preferred. Cloud Technologies : Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its functionalities (consider mentioning specific services like Big Query or Cloud Functions if applicable). Data Technologies : Knowledge of Big Data concepts, Data Warehouse structures, ETL processes, and Data Architecture principles. DevOps Experience: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
