About the role
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Technical Operations & Production Head to lead our manufacturing, production, and technical operations for hydraulic tools and equipment. The ideal candidate must have extensive hands-on experience in the design, assembly, production, testing, and quality control of hydraulic products. The candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end production while driving operational efficiency and ensuring product quality. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee production, operations, and manufacturing activities. Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery. Manage the complete manufacturing process of hydraulic tools and equipment. Supervise production teams and ensure efficient utilization of manpower and resources. Implement quality control procedures and ensure compliance with industry standards. Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce costs. Coordinate with procurement, stores, sales, and engineering departments. Troubleshoot technical issues related to production and product performance. Ensure workplace safety and adherence to company policies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production and operations. Required Technical Expertise The candidate must have strong practical knowledge and experience in manufacturing, assembling, testing, and troubleshooting products such as: Hydraulic Jacks Hydraulic Pumps (Hand, Electric & Air Operated) Hydraulic Cylinders Hydraulic Torque Wrenches Hydraulic Pullers Hydraulic Presses Hydraulic Power Packs Hydraulic Accessories & Fittings Other Industrial Hydraulic Tools & Equipment Required Skills Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and industrial equipment. Experience in production planning and operations management. Ability to lead and manage production teams. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and testing procedures. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Good communication and leadership abilities. Familiarity with ERP/software for production planning is an added advantage. Qualifications Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 1015+ years of experience in the hydraulic tools/equipment manufacturing industry.
