About the role
Role & responsibilities Business Analysis & Solution Design Analyse complex business requirements and propose SAP-based solutions. Gather, interpret, validate, and document business requirements. Prepare functional specifications and process documentation. Participate in solution design workshops and blueprint discussions. Ensure solutions align with business objectives and SAP best practices. Implementation & Support Configure SAP FICO modules based on business requirements. Participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects. Provide post-go-live support and stabilization activities. Coordinate with technical teams for developments, enhancements, and integrations. Perform testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and defect resolution. User Support & Issue Resolution Resolve day-to-day user queries and production support issues. Identify root causes and provide effective solutions. Monitor and support month-end and year-end closing activities. Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests. Stakeholder Management Work closely with business users, process owners, and cross-functional teams. Preferred candidate profile AMS/Support project experience. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Quick understanding of business requirements and process design. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong customer-facing and user interaction abilities. Proactive approach towards issue resolution and continuous improvement.
