About the role
About the internship: Chota Kisan Robotics Pvt Ltd is focused on building intelligent farming robots designed to support marginal farmers. The company emphasizes practical engineering, combining design, fabrication, and real-world testing to create impactful agricultural solutions through robotics and innovation. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Manage the design-to-fabrication lifecycle for mechanical components and systems 2. Collaborate with the robotics team to integrate electro-mechanical systems 3. Conduct real-world field validation and testing of robotic solutions 4. Coordinate with vendors for manufacturing parts and components 5. Design and develop mechanical systems using SolidWorks 6. Perform 3D printing, prototyping, and hands-on fabrication tasks 7. Utilize workshop tools and techniques for building and testing components 8. Execute stress and load calculations for mechanical designs 9. A curious mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership is essential About Company: Chota Kissan Robotics builds affordable robots to solve the labor shortage problem in the agricultural farming sector, to do tasks such as spraying, weeding, payload transportation, and perform various other tasks in the farm field. Additional information: Stipend Structure: Fixed pay: ₹ 15,000 - 25,000 /month Incentive pay: ₹ 5,000 - 7,000 /month 1.
