About the role
Key Responsibilities Design HVAC systems for pharmaceutical, cleanroom, laboratory, and industrial projects. Prepare HVAC layouts, duct routing, piping layouts, and equipment arrangement drawings using AutoCAD. Develop GA drawings, sections, details, and shop drawings. Perform HVAC load calculations and duct sizing. Select HVAC equipment such as AHUs, FCUs, Exhaust Systems, Chillers, Pumps, and Ventilation Systems. Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, and technical specifications. Coordinate with Architecture, Electrical, Plumbing, Process, and Cleanroom teams. Ensure designs comply with GMP, WHO, ASHRAE, ISO 14644, and relevant standards. Revise drawings based on site conditions and client comments. Provide technical support during project execution, installation, and commissioning.
