Technical Lead - Filenet Admin

Exposure to IBM ECM technologies (FileNet , Content Navigator, CMIS , Content collector) and Insurance domain is an added advantage. FileNet Workplace and FileNet P8 5.5.3 BPM Process Design Good experience in WebSphere Application Server V6.x, 7.X, 8.X and 9.X. Successfully performed in the FileNet Administration Role Strong understanding of the FileNet security model, and experience configuring security Good experience with customization of document classes, workflow, and Content Navigator entry template UI Ability to deploy and configure enterprise applications on WebSphere Application Server on a Linux environment Content Navigator UI customization Solid experience leveraging the FileNet and or CMIS API for system integration Nice to have: - FileNet Development (Big Plus) FileNet Certification (FCP) preferred. Knowledge of OS - AIX, Linux, WIN Knowledge of Data Structure/Coding/Programming skills. Experience in CI/CD Pipeline, Maven or Gradle and any cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience in an Agile environment and all the phase of software development with test-driven development. Responsibilities: Manage, maintain and support hardware and software configurations Experience in 5.x, 5.5 FileNet P8 Process Engine (PE); FileNet P8 Content Engine (CE); FileNet P8 Application Engine (AE) Experience in designing, implementing and supporting IBM FileNet ECM systems Experience in installation, configuring and supporting FileNet P8 in an enterprise environment Diagnose, isolate and debug software problems and perform problem resolution in a timely manner, including opening and monitoring trouble tickets with vendor IBM when necessary Monitor ECM system performance and take corrective action to optimize usage of system resources, consulting with IT staff on application design, implementation, or maintenance issues Capacity and availability of the FileNet WAS environment
