About the role
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in disciplines such as Information Systems, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields Experience in P&C Insurance industry, Claim experience a plus 7+ years’ experience in data analytics and/or business intelligence focusing on driving business decision-making, with a strong track record that demonstrates the ability to implement data-driven solutions and deliver tangible and measurable business impacts. Intellectual curiosity and a genuine passion for exploring the potential of data and the strategic insights derived from it. Enthusiasm for delving into data, analyzing it to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tell the data stories to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Working knowledge of agile software development lifecycle Proficiency in one of the following: SQL, R or Python Working knowledge of QlikSense, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus Understanding of basic AI/ML principles Thriving in a fast-paced, fluid environment
The pay range for the role is $104,800 to $178,100. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors.
