Position Details - Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst(Travel Insurance Domain) - Function/Department: Technology - Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore - Employment Type: Full Time - Reports To: TADEPALLI, MADHURI Position Summary: - As a Senior Business Analyst, this role will be responsible for performing business requirement gathering for one or more region, with deep focus on complex travel insurance products and processes. This role will be working directly with various business groups and IT teams within Chubb to ensure appropriate solutions are put in place to support the requirements of both internal and external users. - This role is expected to double-hat as Product Owner (PO) where required owning and prioritizing the product backlog, representing business intent in Agile ceremonies, and bridging the gap between business stakeholders and the delivery team. - The Senior Business Analyst will leverage AI tools and techniques to enhance requirements analysis, documentation efficiency, and stakeholder communication. Essential Skills / Experience - 10 years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record of delivering successful IT solutions in complex, multi-regional environments. - Demonstrable experience in the travel insurance domain including policy administration, coverage rules, claims processing, distribution, and regulatory compliance across multiple markets. - Ability to complete User Stories, Business Specifications, Use Cases, Functional Specifications, Workflow Diagrams, Gap Analysis, Business Case, and ROI Analysis documents, as required. - Passion for analysis and awareness for best-in-class practices across the insurance industry. - Problem solver with a curious mindset. - Expertise in business analysis tools and techniques (including Agile, Scrum, Kanban). - Demonstrated experience acting as Product Owner or in a PO capacity: backlog ownership, story prioritization, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder representation. - Proven ability to manage difficult, senior, or conflicting stakeholders maintaining relationships while driving alignment and decisions. - Process and requirements engineer, resolver of ambiguity and conflicts. - Hands-on experience with AI tools for business analysis: LLM-based documentation, AI-assisted gap analysis, or intelligent requirements management platforms. - Experience with Web technologies. - Have demonstrable practical experience of working with remote teams in a multi-site environment with previous exposure to remote programming teams.
