Location: Cubao, Quezon City (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite) Schedule: Dayshift

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who has a strong back-end foundation and solid front-end development experience to join our growing engineering team.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable back-end services and microservices.

• Build and enhance front-end applications using modern frameworks to deliver seamless user experiences.

• Optimize system performance, scalability, and security across the application stack.

• Contribute to data engineering initiatives, including data pipelines, ETL processes, and data modeling.

• Prototype and evaluate emerging technologies and AI-assisted development tools.

• Participate in architecture discussions and help drive technical decisions.

• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.

• Champion engineering best practices, including clean code, automated testing, and CI/CD.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, Data Engineers, and global stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies as business needs evolve.

What We're Looking For

• Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering.

• Strong back-end development experience using Go, Java, Python, or Node.js .

• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices .

• Strong knowledge of system design , software architecture, and database management.

• Solid experience with at least one modern front-end framework such as:

• React

• Vue.js

• Next.js

• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) .

• Understanding of CI/CD practices and modern software development workflows.

• Experience collaborating in Agile development environments.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

• Nice to Have

• Experience with data engineering concepts, including:

• ETL processes

• Data pipelines

• Data modeling

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as:

• GitHub Copilot

• ChatGPT

• Cursor

• Claude

• Exposure to DevOps and infrastructure automation.
