Level 3 - Network Engineer

About The Role We are looking for a Level 3 - Network Engineer with an experience of 7 + years in Network Management Services. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and advancing the network architecture between the Service Provider and the Client. Requirements Experience in SolarWinds and other Network monitoring tools such as Aryaka SDWAN / ISP Circuit Management, Routers, Switches and Firewalls such as Palo Alto Networks PA Series and Panorama. In-depth knowledge of Load Balancers such as F5 BIG-IP and Wireless Access Points- Aruba Instant. Understanding of Network Monitoring Tools such as SolarWinds and FortiNAC Network Access. Familiarity with VPN Solutions and Bandwidth Management. Proficient in leading and troubleshooting complex network architectures. Advanced knowledge of network protocols and security measures. Experience with advanced network monitoring tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to work in a 24x7 on-call rotation. Experience in working with 3rd party vendors. Familiarity with ITIL processes. Expertise in 24x7 monitoring, problem resolution, and optimization of LAN, WAN, and Unified Communications. Act as a single point of contact for the management and administration of the Network Center of Excellence. Collaborate with the client and 3rd parties to meet and exceed performance standards. Relevant certifications in network technologies for example Cisco, Palo Alto, F5, Aruba will be preferred.
