TW (TouchWorks) BI Support Analyst

Job Description About the Role: We are seeking a TW (Touch Works) BI Support Analyst with an overall experience of 6 years to 8 years in US Healthcare IT industry within operations/production support. Requirements Experience in supporting Altera EHR product, Touch Works (TW) in BI team (TW BI). Familiarity with Custom Reports development/enhancements for TW (Touch Works), VPM (Veradigm Practice Management) , Care Director, Care Manager, EzCap and dbMotion. Experience in creating data extracts for third parties both regulatory and non-regulatory. Support and Maintenance for custom reports and ETLs. Workflow automations and corrections in TW. Experience in SSIS, SSRS development and issue resolution. Experience in creating dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
