About the role
Role Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Azure Cloud, GitHub, and up-to-date CI/CD practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable cloud infrastructure, automating deployments, implementing DevOps best practices, and ensuring high system availability and reliability. Key Responsibilities - Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps. - Manage, optimize, and troubleshoot Azure cloud infrastructure, including AKS, Virtual Machines, Networking, and related services. - Deploy, manage, and maintain containerized applications on Kubernetes using Helm Charts. - Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform. - Implement GitHub repository management best practices, branching strategies, and code governance. - Create automation scripts using Bash and Python. - Monitor applications and infrastructure using Prometheus, Grafana, and Azure Monitor. - Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure high availability of systems. - Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline deployment and release processes. Required Skills - Strong hands-on experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions. - Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions. - Expertise in Kubernetes and Helm. - Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud services and infrastructure. - Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). - Proficiency in YAML scripting and configuration management. - Scripting experience using Bash and/or Python. - Working knowledge of PostgreSQL and database administration concepts. - Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Azure Monitor.
