About the role
Role: Java Backend Developer Experience: 5 12 Years Location: Pune /Chennai Mandatory Skills Java (8/11) Quarkus or Spring Framework Hibernate ORM REST APIs Postgres or any RDBMS Microservices Docker Kubernetes Maven Git JUnit Swagger Postman OpenTelemetry Secondary Skills Kafka / RabbitMQ Drools Redis or Hazelcast Reactive Programming React JS Key Responsibilities Participate in user story grooming and produce technical/implementation design and API specifications . Develop and implement solutions using the required technology stack . Write clean, maintainable code and perform unit testing . Follow coding standards and best practices. Identify technical issues and collaborate with technical leads/architects to resolve them. Fix bugs and issues from SIT/ST/UAT phases and ensure quality delivery. Use CI/CD tools for build and deployment. Perform API testing using relevant tools . Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related field. Experience developing cloud-native applications . Strong experience in Microservices architecture . 2–3 years of Agile development experience . Experience in BFSI domain (especially Cards) is a plus. Preferred Personal Qualities Proactive and self-motivated Willingness to learn new technologies Ability to work independently Strong communication and collaboration skills Adaptable to changing environments
