About the role
As a seasoned and dynamic Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing product lifecycles from conception to launch. Your role will require you to lead and mentor cross-functional teams, define and drive the product strategy, and ensure alignment with business objectives while delivering exceptional value to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Possess a strong understanding of agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle. - Utilize excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to drive product success. - Demonstrate exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Lead and motivate cross-functional teams effectively. - Apply strong domain knowledge in the relevant industry/domain. - Utilize product analytics tools and experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar product management tools. - Have experience in HealthCare/Banking (BFSI)/Manufacturing domains. - Manage globally distributed teams. - Obtain certifications in Product Management. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). - 8-10 years of experience in product management with a proven track record of success.
