Workday Consultant Strategic Consulting

Job Description: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions, ensuring system optimization and alignment with industry best practices. Follow delivery methodologies appropriate to the project and the consultants role and promote industry best practices. Deliver high quality execution and completion rates on all client engagements. Develop and/or implement effective change management strategies, including communications, testing and training programs. Demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior and personal integrity. Engage in positive and pro-active communication with peers and colleagues, building effective relationships within and across the business. Apply talent acquisition strategies and concepts in organizations with diverse needs. Contribute to and support a positive team environment. Provide and accept feedback while looking for opportunities to help others.Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of relevant Workday implementation experience in a client-facing role. Workday functional and technical consultants with Paradox certifications A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Workday consultant, with a proven track record of supporting or implementing Workday solutions utilizing Agile or Scrum methodologies. Proficiency in configuring at least one or more Workday HCM or Finance module(s) (e.g., Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent & Performance, Financial Management, Recruiting, etc.) Experience with all phases of the Workday implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment). Experience with Workday tools such as Report Writer, calculated fields, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Core Connectors with a strong working knowledge of web services and the Workday security framework. Bachelors degree in information technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.Benefits: Employees can work remotely .
