Founding Frontend Engineer

As a Founding Frontend Engineer at Bujo AI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our innovative AI-driven platform. You will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining responsive user interfaces, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to implement intuitive and seamless designs. You will also work on improving the performance, accessibility, and usability of the platform, while ensuring high-quality code through best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, optimize, and maintain responsive user interfaces for the AI-driven platform - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement intuitive and seamless designs - Improve performance, accessibility, and usability of the platform - Ensure high-quality code through best practices Qualifications: - Strong proficiency in core Frontend Development tools: React.js, Java Script, HTML, and CSS - Experience with UI/UX design principles, responsive design, and creating intuitive user interfaces - Knowledge of modern frontend development practices, including state management frameworks (e.g., Redux) and component-based architecture - Proficiency in using version control systems such as Git, with an understanding of collaborative, agile workflows - Solid understanding of performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility concerns - Effective communication skills to collaborate with backend developers, designers, and stakeholders Please note that experience working on highly scalable web platforms or startup environments is a plus. While a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, it is not mandatory for this role.
