About The Role As a Senior Automation QA Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer to join our QA team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Mobile Application Testing, Manual Testing, Automation testing, Accessibility Testing, Localization Testing, and API Validation across web and mobile platforms. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, usability, accessibility, and performance of applications through effective test planning, execution, defect management, and end-to-end business validation. Responsibilities Perform end-to-end Manual Testing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Execute Mobile Application Testing on Android and iOS platformsAnalyze business requirements and prepare detailed test scenarios, test cases, test data, and test execution plansReview requirements and identify gaps, ambiguities, risks, and edge casesExecute test cases and document test results with clear evidence and defect reportsIdentify, track, prioritize, and report defects using defect management toolsPerform exploratory testing to uncover hidden defects and usability issuesCollaborate closely with Developers, Product Managers, Business Analysts, UX teams, and other stakeholdersParticipate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and QA review meetings in Agile/Scrum environmentsValidate end-to-end business workflows and customer journeys across web and mobile applicationsPerform API Testing and backend validation using tools such as Postman and API response analysisValidate UI data against backend services, API responses, logs, and databases to ensure data consistency and integrityPerform Accessibility Testing to ensure compliance with WCAG guidelines, including validation of VoiceOver, TalkBack, color contrast, dynamic text scaling, keyboard navigation, focus order, and touch target sizesExecute Localization and Globalization Testing across multiple languages, regions, date/time formats, currencies, measurement units, and market-specific configurationsValidate multilingual content, legal documents, privacy policies, terms and conditions, and region-specific URLs across supported marketsPerform App Upgrade and Migration Testing to ensure user data, settings, device pairings, and application functionality remain intact after updatesConduct compatibility testing across different devices, OS versions, screen sizes, and orientationsValidate cloud-connected features and synchronization between mobile applications, backend systems, and connected devicesSupport release validation, production smoke testing, and post-release verification activitiesEnsure software quality standards, testing best practices, and QA processes are followedMentor junior QA engineers and provide guidance on testing methodologies and best practicesMaintaining the (Regression) Test Case CatalogueDeveloping new TCs or updating existing TCs to accommodate changes to the AppExecuting TCs to test newly developed features or changed code (Sprint Testing)Execute Test Suites to verify code consistency in preparation of releases (Retention testing)Drive Test Automation to enable productivity gains to manage increasing complexity of the ApplicationGradually replace TCs of the retention test catalogue with automated test casesLeverage GenAI to drive productivity on TC authoring and TC automation Requirements 5+ years of experience in Software Testing with strong exposure to Manual QAHands-on experience in Mobile Testing (Android & iOS).Strong experience in Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, and UATExperience in preparing and executing detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test plansStrong understanding of defect lifecycle management and root cause analysisExperience in API Testing and backend validation using Postman or similar toolsHands-on experience in Accessibility Testing and knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 standardsStrong experience in Localization Testing, Internationalization (i18n), and Globalization TestingExperience validating application upgrade scenarios across Android and iOS platformsFamiliarity with client-server architecture and end-to-end data flow validationExperience working with Agile/Scrum methodologiesFamiliarity with test management and bug tracking tools such as J
