Solution Architect Lead

About the role: As a Solution Architect, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. The Solution Architect will play a critical role in defining the architecture, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and successful delivery of the platform. The architect will work closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to establish architecture standards and drive implementation across multiple teams. Responsibilities: Define and own the end-to-end solution architecture platform Design scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications aligned with business objectives Lead architecture reviews, technical design discussions, and technology decisions Define application, integration, data, and infrastructure architecture Establish architecture standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices Guide development teams on implementation approaches and technical solutions Design cloud-native, microservices-based solutions with high availability and resilience Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements Drive performance optimization, scalability, and operational excellence initiatives Define integration strategies with internal and external systems Collaborate with product, engineering, DevOps, and business stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and governance across engineering teams Support CI/CD strategy, release management, and deployment architecture Mandatory Technical Skills: Frontend ReactJS , Next.js Responsive Web Application Development Microservices-based Frontend Architecture Multi-Zone Deployment Architecture Backend-Python /Django Database PostgreSQL Cloud & Infrastructure AWS Cloud Platform Redis (ElastiCache) DevOps CI/CD Pipelines Architecture & Enterprise Solutions Microservices Architecture Distributed Systems Solution Design System Integration API Architecture Security & Compliance Enterprise Application Architecture External System Integrations High Availability & Scalability Requirements: 12+ years of software engineering experience with significant experience in Solution Architecture roles Proven experience architecting and delivering large-scale enterprise applications Strong expertise in designing cloud-native applications on AWS Hands-on experience with ReactJS, Next.js, Python, and Django-based ecosystems Extensive experience in microservices architecture and distributed systems Strong understanding of security, compliance, governance, and architecture best practices Experience designing and implementing integrations with third-party and enterprise systems Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices and DevOps methodologies Experience with high-volume transactional platforms and workflow-driven systems Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to drive technical decisions across multiple teams and workstreams Desirable: Marketplace Platform experience Workflow Engine or BPM platform experience Event-Driven Architecture Redis caching strategies and performance optimization Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) AWS Certifications TOGAF or equivalent Architecture certifications Whats in it for you?
