About the role
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced AWS Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and manage our cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS services, cloud architecture, and deployment automation, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, deploy, and manage scalable and secure AWS cloud infrastructure. Implement automation using AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or other Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud-based applications and services for performance, cost, and security. Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement CI/CD pipelines. Ensure compliance with security policies, governance, and best practices in cloud architecture. Perform backup, disaster recovery planning, and risk assessment for cloud resources. Keep up-to-date with emerging AWS services and recommend improvements to existing infrastructure. RequirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in AWS cloud services and architecture. Strong knowledge of AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, and CloudFormation. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible. Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or CodePipeline. Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell). Experience with monitoring, logging, and cloud security best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment. Preferred Skills: AWS Certified Solutions Architect / AWS Certified DevOps Engineer.
