What will you be doing

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Operations Manager to support data management, reporting, and process optimization. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery of client deliverables.

Job Responsibilities

Manage and maintain data pipelines, databases, and reporting systems

Extract, clean, and transform data using SQL and Python

Develop and maintain automated reports

Collaborate with business teams to understand data requirements

Improve data quality and implement data validation processes

Use VBA to automate manual tasks and improve operational efficiency

Document data processes and ensure compliance with internal standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields

5+ years of experience in data operations, data analysis, or similar role

Strong proficiency in:

SQL (data extraction and manipulation)

Python (data processing and analysis)

VBA (automation and Excel-based solutions)

Experience working with large datasets and relational databases

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Language Requirements

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Business-level Japanese (written and spoken)

Prefe rred Qualifications

Experience with any AI tools to write codes

Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks

Experience working in multinational teams
