Experience - 5+ ye arsLocation - Bengaluru / Hydera badShift Timings - 2 PM - 11 PM IST About the Role We are seeking a highly ski lled S e nior AI Backend Eng ineer to design, build, and scale backend systems that power AI-driven products. You will work at the core of our AI infrastructure, integrating machine learning models, optimizing inference performance, and building reliable APIs and data pipel ines.This role bri dges backend engineering, machine learning systems, and production infrastru cture, ensuring AI solutions are scalable, secure, and production-r eady. Key Responsibi lities Design and develop scalable backend services that support AI-powered applic ations.Build and maintain APIs for model inference (LLMs, NLP, computer vision, recommendation sy stems).Deploy and manage machine learning models in production enviro nments.Develop data pipelines for training, evaluation, and real-time inf erence.Optimize system performance for low-latency, high-throughput AI wor kloads.Implement monitoring, logging, and observability for AI se rvices.Ensure system security, reliability, and scala bility.Collaborate with ML engineers to productionize research models.Work with DevOps to manage cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pip elines. Required Qualif ications Strong profic iency in:Python (pr eferred) or Nod e.js / GoRESTful APIs and/o r GraphQLExperience working with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorc h, etc.).Experience deploying models to production envi ronments.Exper ience in RAG, LLM and A gentic AIFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, o r Azure).Strong understanding of databases (SQL an d NoSQL).Experience with Docker and containe rization.Knowledge of distributed systems and microservices arch itecture. Preferred Qual ifications Experience with model serving frameworks (TorchServe, FastAPI, Tri ton, etc.).Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weavia te, FAISS).Experience with streaming systems (Kafka , Pub/Sub).Familiarity with Kubernetes.Understanding of MLOps practices and tools.Experience in high-growth or startup en vironments.
