Engineering Manager, Machine Learning

Qualifications Required: - BA/BS degree with 10+ years of experience in machine learning, AI engineering, or related field. (or) MS degree with 8+ years of relevant experience. - Experience leading engineering teams and delivering production ML/AI systems. - Strong portfolio of successful, large-scale machine learning projects. - Expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, LLMs, and statistical modeling. - Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Computational Linguistics, or related field preferred. - Proficiency in Python, with experience in ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn. - Experience with distributed systems, model serving, MLOps workflows, and GPU compute environments. - Excellent problem-solving ability with strong communication and cross-functional teamwork skills. - Proven success in collaborating with product, research, and platform teams to deliver real-world AI solutions.
