ETR Program Manager

Program Strategy Execution: Develop, implement, and oversee program strategies that align with business objectives. Project Coordination: Manage multiple interrelated projects, ensuring seamless execution, on-time delivery, and quality outcomes. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, clients, and project teams, to ensure alignment and communication. Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, manage budgets, and mitigate risks to ensure successful project completion. Performance Monitoring: Track program performance, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), and report progress to senior leadership. Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure contingency plans are in place. Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve program methodologies, workflows, and best practices. Documentation Compliance: Ensure all program activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Requirements: Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: 12+ years of experience with 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a fast-paced or technology-driven environment. Skills: Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven experience in managing budgets, schedules, and performance metrics. Familiarity with project management tools. Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies is a plus. Capability in managing without authority.
