Applications Support Senior Analyst - Assistant Vice President

We are looking to hire an experienced production support / SRE engineer to support business-critical digital asset platforms (wallets, blockchain-connected systems, transaction processing).

We are looking for candidates from strong production engineering capability .

Must-Have Skills 5–8 years’ experience in Production Support / SRE / Platform Engineering Experience supporting mission-critical, high-availability systems Strong incident management & troubleshooting experience Solid Linux / system-level debugging skills Experience with real-time or distributed systems Hands-on experience with monitoring/observability tools (e.g. Splunk, Grafana, ELK, Prometheus) Scripting / automation experience (Python, Java, or similar) Strong SQL / data investigation skills Good communication skills (technical and business stakeholders)

Strongly Preferred Backgrounds Markets / Electronic Trading (highly relevant) Payments platforms FinTech / exchanges SRE / platform engineering teams at scale

Nice to Have Any Digital Assets / Blockchain exposure Wallets, custody, or node operations Kubernetes / OpenShift Security / key management knowledge

Education: Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
