Client Delivery is a key pillar within the Client Organization, responsible for coordinating and delivering client practices. The team operates at the intersection of client relationship management, technology, analytics, and operational execution. It provides consistent client metrics, segmentation, and insights across businesses and regions and is responsible for the implementation of cross-divisional client metrics including revenue, profitability, and market share, as well as client segmentation based on client activity and future chance. Acting as a strategic intermediary between various senior groups across Citi, the Client Delivery team works closely on high-impact projects with the Executive Management Team, Chiefs of Staff, Executive Assistants, and the broader Client Organization. The team is involved in developing, maintaining, and governing key internal Citi-wide applications on Citi Client Central - including Account Planning, Voice of Client and Briefing Memo, among others - that help drive the commercial objectives of the firm. In this role, youre expected to: Support Senior Client Engagement efforts for the CEO, Executive Management, and Global Chairs; develop current ideas and methods to elevate senior presence in ways that benefit Citi as a whole Drive client prioritization efforts for senior leadership ahead of high-profile strategic events such as Davos, Milken, IMF Annual Meetings, and similar global forums - ensuring targe .
