It is a global community that objectively connects and analyzes information, to create actionable intelligence for our business leaders. It identifies fact-based opportunities for revenue growth in partnership with the businesses. The function balances customer needs, business strategy, and profit objectives using best in class and relevant analytics methodologies.Responsibilities:MIS reporting and visualization:Create insightful reports using Tableau as per project objectiveEfficient logic development, testing, and execution of the projectAble to work in a highly agile environment and able to quickly pivot based on requirement changesData Transformation:Manipulate, aggregate and transform data extracted from multiple data sourcesAdopt Gen AI tools for better productivitySharing of results:Expected to generate relevant insights and help maintain decks for leadership presentationQuick synthesis of the analysis resultsDomain Knowledge:Develop an understanding of the domain / business and build expertise in their areaDocument details and create standardized use cases for FAQs and process documentsOther Responsibilities:This function covers incumbents responsible for various data activities, which include database administration, data analysis, maintenance, data quality, and database management or database architecture / design engineeringResponsible for routine operational or administrative workDay-to-day actions are focused on administering defined procedures, analyses and report preparationIndividuals will have their work thoroughly reviewed and checked by more senior incumbents and will have limited contact outside their immediate areaDaily deliverable of routine and defined outputs, while at the same time developing knowledge of the broader context in which the work is being performedAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Must Haves:Bachelors or Master's degree with ~ 2 years of experience in data and visual analytics and Banking / Financials services support projectExtensive Tableau (including server too) hands-on experienceShould be comfortable preparing wireframes and dashboard designsExperienced in SQL and querying data from databasesExperience working with cloud based and large and multiple datasets, data warehouses and ability to query / transform data is an added advantagePreferred:Working experience in Python, Hive, Impala, DataIKU, PalantirExperience on Cloud data platformsWorked in BFSI sector and must have industry knowledge ABOUT CITICiti's mission is to serve as a trusted partner to our clients by responsibly providing financial services that enable growth and economic progress.
