About the role
As a Data/Information Analyst at Citi, you will be part of the Operations MIS team focusing on creating reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights for various business functions. Your role will involve gathering operational data, analyzing data patterns and trends, and providing insights to enhance business decision-making capabilities. You will also be responsible for designing and developing Tableau dashboards, identifying data sources, developing ETL processes, and translating data into consumer insights to drive targeting strategies. Additionally, you will work on improving processes, leveraging internal AI tools, and collaborating with internal and external business partners on projects. Key Responsibilities: - Gather operational data from various stakeholders for examining past business performance. - Identify data patterns & trends, and provide insights for business planning and process improvement. - Recommend actions for future developments and strategic business opportunities. - Design & develop Tableau dashboards, identify data sources, develop ETL processes, and communicate findings effectively. - Continuously improve processes by exploring new data sources and tools. - Work closely with business partners on projects, communicate updates, and assess risks for business decisions. Qualifications: - 2-5 years of work experience with Masters as Educational background, 4-7 years with Bachelors as Education background - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience with data management principles, SQL programming, and BI tools - Proficiency in communication, stakeholder management, and automation - Banking domain knowledge and experience with AI tools are advantageous - Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and proactive attitude Citi is an equal opportunity employer, promoting diversity and inclusion in its workforce.
