About the role
As a Client Remediation Data Analyst at our company, you will be responsible for managing a professional team and integrating subject matter expertise within a specific area. Your role will involve contributing to standards, developing an in-depth understanding of integration within the sub-function, coordinating objectives, and guiding colleagues in other areas and regulators. You will have responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness, and delivery of end results within your area, and may also be involved in planning, budgeting, and policy formulation. Additionally, you will work with a cross-functional team to identify and validate client population analytics for remediation and remuneration. Key Responsibilities: - Manage various data activities such as database administration, data analysis, maintenance, data quality, and database management - Perform routine operational and administrative tasks with a focus on administering defined procedures, analyses, and report preparation - Develop knowledge of the broader context of the work being performed - Assess risks when making business decisions and ensure compliance with laws, rules, and regulations - Engage resources outside of direct control to achieve objectives Qualifications: - Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience - Ability to think strategically and engage resources outside direct control - Proficiency in analytic tools such as SAS E-miner, SPSS, etc. - Experience with big data and machine learning tools like R, Python - Skills in Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, and Data Analysis - Exposure to SAS, SQL, RDBMS, MS Excel, PowerPoint, VBA, Jira, Bitbucket - Good understanding of banking domain and consumer products - Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience/Engineering/MBA from a premier institute - Experience in the Banking Industry is a plus Please note that this role is full-time with a hybrid working model requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office per week. The schedule follows regular local working hours aligned with NAM working hours.
