As an Applications Development Intermediate Programmer Analyst at our company, your role will involve participating in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Your contribution to applications systems analysis and programming activities is crucial for the success of our projects. Responsibilities: - Utilize knowledge of applications development procedures and concepts, along with basic knowledge of other technical areas, to identify and define necessary system enhancements - Consult with users, clients, and other technology groups on issues, recommending programming solutions and supporting customer exposure systems - Apply fundamental knowledge of programming languages for design specifications - Analyze applications to identify vulnerabilities and security issues, conduct testing and debugging - Serve as an advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts - Identify problems, analyze information, and recommend and implement solutions - Operate with a limited level of direct supervision, exercising independence of judgment and autonomy - Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to senior stakeholders and/or other team members - Assess risk appropriately when making business decisions, safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets Qualifications: - 4+ years of experience in Design and Develop for imaging and content management services applications on products like Documentum, Captiva, FileNet, and Kofax - Intermediate level experience in Applications Development role - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills - Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills - Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes Education: - Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience This job description provides a high-level overview of the work performed.
