Metrics design & management Analyst

Role Overview: As a Data Visualization specialist at the B&I Data Team, you will play a crucial role in building high-performance Analytical Dashboards and Insights for senior stakeholders across the franchise. Your work will involve transforming raw data into visually intuitive representations, designing user-friendly dashboards, and collaborating with stakeholders to tailor data solutions to organizational needs. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a data interpreter, transforming raw data into visually intuitive representations to enable stakeholders to discern trends and patterns effectively. - Design dashboards aggregating critical data metrics into cohesive displays, streamlining end-users' data interpretation and decision-making processes. - Engage with stakeholders to solicit feedback and requirements, facilitating understanding and alignment among team members for data-driven decision-making. Qualifications Required: - Excellent understanding of Tableau, SQL, Python, and familiarity with ETL/ELT processes and Job Schedulers. - Broad understanding of the business technology landscape and the ability to design and deploy analytical dashboards. - Proficiency in reading/writing to database systems (Oracle/Hadoop), knowledge of SQL/NoSQL, and various file formats. - Adaptability, creativity, resourcefulness, strong organizational skills, and a team player with a strong work ethic. - Strong understanding of Data Science, Machine Learning, and ability to run EAD analysis using statistical packages. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - 8-12 years of hands-on experience. - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially masters degree.
