About the role
As a Product Manager at our company, you will be responsible for developing product plans, strategies, and tactics in coordination with the Product Management team. Your primary objective will be to coordinate the promotion of products to develop new markets, increase market share, and obtain a competitive position. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with stakeholders to gather intricate requirements and translate them into well-defined user stories for agile scrum teams, ensuring clarity and alignment with technical capabilities. - Manage comprehensive product backlogs and prioritize releases by collaborating closely with business and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-value features. - Collaborate effectively with technology partners, CTI engineering and operations, and USPB core platform engineering teams to define and implement a unified and streamlined customer service experience. - Serve as a primary liaison for Quality Engineers, articulating testing requirements through Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and other acceptance criteria to ensure robust product quality. - Maintain rigorous procedures, standards, and processes for Work Intake and backlog prioritization to enhance operational efficiency and strategic alignment. - Liaise with the Program Management Office, program managers, and business sponsors to track initiatives and ensure alignment with broader business strategy and outcomes. - Manage and research effective communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders, disseminating information on upcoming releases, surveys, and product accomplishments. - Track critical metrics and outcomes to demonstrate product effectiveness, establish clear lines of sight to business impact, and gather continuous user feedback. - Provide training and mentoring support for product owners and collaborate with learning management teams to identify and develop focused learning pathways for continuous growth within the team. - Finalize project plans with stakeholders and closely track project delivery for successful outcomes. Qualifications/ Skills: - 12-16 years of relevant experience in Banking Domain, with Retail/Cards experience preferable, or Fraud Dispute experience. - Knowledge of Pega application is preferable. - Proficiency in Agile/Scrum Methodologies, Program Management, Cross-functional Coordination, Project Planning & Execution, Risk & Dependency Management, Stakeholder Management, and JIRA. - Deep knowledge of different Banking systems, theories, and practices relevant to a function. - Technical expertise in Product Road mapping, Product Backlog Management, Release Planning & Prioritization, Journey Mapping, Product Strategy, TCO Optimization, Requirements Gathering, User Story Definition, and Feedback Mechanisms. - Practical experience of multiple business cycles and working knowledge of industry and competitor products/services. - Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to work in night shifts.
