Role Overview: You will be an Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst, responsible for participating in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs. Your main objective will be to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop responsive, high performance web applications using React.js and related libraries to provide exceptional user experience for risk management application - Utilize solid hands-on experience to work on and implement complex functionalities using Ag-grid, preferably version 31+ - Be extremely comfortable working with Reactive extension (RXJs) to debug and implement event-driven workflows - Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate design mockups and wireframes into interactive and visually appealing user interfaces - Create reusable React Components and libraries to facilitate rapid development and ensure consistency across different sections of the application - Implement state management such as Redux or Recoil to manage application state efficiently and ensure data consistencies across components - Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization between frontend and backend systems - Identify and address performance bottlenecks in the application including rendering optimizations, code splitting, and lazy loading techniques to enhance overall performance and user experience - Write clean, well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
