Vice President - Product Manager-AI & Digital Experience- Investor Services

As a Product Developer at Pune location, you will be responsible for delivering a top-notch digital experience for all Investor Services clients. You will collaborate with the Investor Services product and technology teams to create, enhance, and build scalable digital products that meet the needs of clients and internal stakeholders. Your expertise in digital product development, particularly in leveraging AI and Machine Learning to revolutionize client interactions with their banking partner, will be crucial for success. While experience in Investor Services industry or broader Financial Services organizations is advantageous, it is not essential. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and advocate for opportunities to utilize Citi's scale to introduce new products and services to the Data and Client Platforms (DCP) team. - Lead the complete lifecycle of user-centric digital products, from identifying needs to scaling adoption. - Collaborate with governance teams, UX design, and engineers to deliver high-quality products while ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance with firm-wide standards. - Drive continuous improvement through efficient processes, reducing time to market, and proactive issue resolution. Qualifications: - 10+ years of relevant experience in Investor Services or similar industry. - Proficiency in User Experience (UX) design, client segmentation, and persona development. - Experience in leading product development from ideation to execution, focusing on AI and Machine Learning solutions. - Strong analytical skills and ability to apply data analysis for decision-making. - Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Thought leadership experience demonstrated through industry events, journals, and articles. - Bachelor's/University degree required, Masters/MBA preferred.
