As part of the Investor Services Data, Client Reporting team, you will be at the core of a global financial institution, utilizing your skills in analysis, problem-solving, and communication to make a real impact. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your strong analytical skills to identify, collect, organize, analyze, clean, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, identify data sources, and preprocess data. - Prioritize business use cases, provide comprehensive data management, and support data pipelines in alignment with internal and external stakeholders. - Define and document processes to enhance future opportunities and optimize outcomes. - Interpret trends and patterns in complex datasets using statistical techniques to provide ongoing insights across Financial Services offerings and influence development roadmaps. - Guide colleagues in adopting the latest technologies and frameworks to support Citi's global data strategy. - Utilize a variety of technologies and business intelligence tools such as AWS, Snowflake, Dataiku, and Starburst. Qualifications Required: - Several years of relevant business data analysis experience. - Bachelors degree in computer science, business management, engineering, or related field; advanced degree is advantageous. - Proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL and understanding of technical patterns for data consumption and processing at scale. - Experience as a Product Owner in Agile development processes. - Ability to work effectively with engineers and developers to translate customer needs into scalable, reliable data solutions. - Strategic mindset with a passion for designing best-in-class digital experiences and staying abreast of cutting-edge technology. - Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. - Leadership and teamwork abilities to collaborate across teams and organizations effectively. - Track record of problem-solving, adaptability, and creativity in addressing complex challenges. - Familiarity with Investor Services Funds business processes and cloud data platforms. - Experience in a specific industry like finance, healthcare, or retail.
