About the role
As part of the team within Citis Enterprise Data Office dedicated to serving business partners in Institutional Credit Management (ICM), your role will involve shaping the portfolio, limits & collateral target state process, data & capabilities across business lines. You will engage with 1st line teams, technology, and individual business product teams to achieve this objective. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards for credit risk teams to monitor and analyze key metrics - Collect, clean, and analyze data related to credit risk, utilizing a data-driven approach to determine optimal solutions - Identify data patterns & trends, providing insights to business stakeholders - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and drive development of new products and features - Act as the primary point of contact and data & analytics subject matter expert for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress - Proactively identify opportunities to enhance products and processes to improve efficiency and decision-making - Interact with business managers, technology, and sales to understand their vision and incorporate it into the product & solutions strategy Qualifications Required: - Experience contributing to a data/analytic capability in a financial institution with 9+ years of experience - Foundational understanding of credit risk concepts and ability to translate complex risk data into meaningful insights - Strong experience with data visualization tools and best practices, ideally using Tableau - Ability to manipulate data using SQL and/or Python - Experience with low-code Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) applications like Tableau Prep or Alteryx - Strong communication skills to present technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences - Proactive and self-motivated approach to managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment - Highly analytical and creative mindset In addition to the challenging role and opportunities for growth, joining Citi offers a business casual workplace with a hybrid working model, competitive base salary, and a range of benefits supporting your well-being and that of your family.
