Sr. Software Engineer, IE Risk Management, Information Technology

As an individual contributor in this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using Angular or React frameworks. Your key responsibilities will include: - Extensive experience with Core Java, Spring Framework, OOPs principles, and Data Structures/Algorithms (DSA) - Developing quality code and optimizing application performance for fast loading times and a seamless user experience - Proactively engaging and communicating with other teams like Development, QA, and Support as required - Ensuring full compliance with all CLSA and required training and regulatory requirements for the team - Participating in code reviews to maintain code quality and enforce coding standards - Staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in front-end technologies - Recommending and implementing enhancements in project architecture and workflow to improve development efficiency Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors or masters degree in computer science or any IT stream - Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in JavaScript and Angular/React UI framework along with backend technologies like Core Java, Spring framework, OOPs - Experience in low latency/real-time applications is a plus - Experience in the Investment banking domain & cash equities would be an advantage - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under a fast-paced and dynamic environment with minimal supervision - Result-oriented and enthusiastic team player who can also work independently - Fluent in English for both speaking and writing If you are interested in staying informed about CITIC CLSA job opportunities, you can create a job alert to receive their latest job openings that match your interest.
