About the role
Job Summary As a Technical Lead Python, you will be a part of an Agile team to design and build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards. Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of innovative healthcare solutions, leverage advanced AI/ML technologies to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Develop and deploy Python-based applications and AI/ML models. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technical requirements and propose solutions that meet business objectives. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensure best practices and coding standards are followed. Enable code reviews, performance optimization, and troubleshooting to maintain system quality and stability. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML and healthcare technologies to drive innovation within the team. Experience 5 - 10 Years Location Chennai Educational Qualifications Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc. Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable. Skills Mandatory Technical Skills Proficiency in Python programming with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming Familiarity with Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying AI/ML solutions Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design efficient, reusable code Experience in databases such as Postgres, or MySQL DB Experience in healthcare data standards and regulations (e.g.: HIPAA, HL7, FHIR) Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams Good to Have Skills Experience in Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI Proficient in using the Apache Airflow workflow management platform and knowledgeable in AI/ML frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit learn, as well as MLOps methodologies.
