About the role
Job Summary As a Technical Lead Python, you will be a part of an Agile team to design and build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python. Build and optimize ETL pipelines to process and transform large-scale healthcare and life sciences data. Develop Cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services and best practices. Implement and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes. Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code IaC using Terraform. Write high-quality, secure, maintainable, and well-documented code. Create and maintain automated unit tests with high code coverage. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery. Analyze performance bottlenecks and drive continuous improvements in system reliability and scalability. Collaborate with Product Managers, Project Managers, Architects, and other engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Communicate architecture decisions, project status, technical risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders. Follow engineering best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines. Experience 5-7 Years Location Bangalore Educational Qualifications Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc. Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable. Skills Mandatory Technical skills More than 5 years of experience in Software Engineering Hands-on experience in Python Backend Development Expertise in AWS Cloud Services Experience in building and maintaining ETL Pipelines Hands-on experience in Kubernetes Experience in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code Strong understanding of software design principles and backend architecture Experience in automated Unit Testing and code quality practices Experience working in Agile development environments Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
