What is in it for you? As a Technical Lead – Product Analysis , you will be a part of an Agile team to design and build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards. Responsibilities: -

Act as a primary Functional SPOC for Order to Cash (O2C) processes. Act as the Customer Facing SPOC to Business Leads, and lead Requirements Elicitation - Collation activities. Advise, consult and work out optimum solution(s) based on business needs, and document them. Liaise with Business Leads on the proposed functionality and get Business Buy-In. Own functional areas including Accounts Receivable (AR), customer master data and profiles , billing, invoicing, adjustments, aging, reconciliation, and refunds. Ensure accurate accounting flow from AR to GL.

Educational Qualifications: -

Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc. Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Oracle Support (OWC) CSMs Behavioral and Professional Competencies Ownership‑driven proactive mindset Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Strong communication skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (at all levels) Calm handling of production escalations Core Ownership – Oracle Fusion O2C (PPM Integrated) Competent on PPM areas like Project: Setup / Cost Collation / Contracts / Billing
