Technical Lead/ Technical Specialist

As a Technical Lead Gen AI at CitiusTech, you will be part of an Agile team responsible for designing and building healthcare applications while implementing new features that adhere to the best coding development standards. Responsibilities: - Develop and enhance AI models to ensure they meet business requirements and performance standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to integrate AI solutions into existing systems. - Participate in the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from conceptualization and design to deployment and monitoring. - Conduct thorough data analysis to identify areas for model improvement and optimization. - Implement best practices for model training, validation, and testing requirements. Experience: - 5 - 7 Years Location: - Chennai Educational Qualifications: - Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc. - Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable. Skills: Mandatory Technical Skills: - Proven experience in leading AI projects, with a strong focus on model enhancement and optimization. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. - Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
