What You'll Do Build and maintain applications using Pega PRPC 8.x / 24.x Design business workflows, case management solutions, and rules Work on REST/SOAP integrations Handle performance tuning and optimization Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions Work in Agile/Scrum teams Support deployments and QA cycles Mentor junior team members and take ownership of assigned modules What We're Looking For CSSA / CSA certification preferred Strong hands-on experience in Pega development Experience in Pega upgrade projects Good understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns Exposure to integrations such as REST and SOAP Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams Good to Have Insurance / BFSI domain experience Basic knowledge of Core Java Interested Let's Talk.
