About the role
As a highly skilled Senior Python Developer, your role will involve designing and developing advanced Agentic AI systems using the LangChain ecosystem. You will focus on creating production-grade, stateful AI agents with memory, reasoning, and tool orchestration capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Design and build end-to-end agentic AI systems using Python - Develop multi-step, stateful workflows using LangGraph - Implement long-term and short-term memory management in AI agents - Design graph-based agent workflows using nodes and edges architecture - Develop tool-calling agents with controlled execution loops - Integrate LLMs, APIs, databases, and external tools into agent pipelines - Use LangSmith for tracing, debugging, observability, and evaluation Required Skills: - 5+ years of strong Python development experience, particularly in LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith - Strong understanding of Agentic AI systems, long-term and short-term memory management, structured memory and persistence, nodes and edges architecture in LangGraph, tool orchestration and execution control, and multi-step reasoning systems - Strong backend development and debugging skills, experience with API integrations, and good understanding of scalable AI system design Strongly Preferred: - Experience designing complex reasoning and autonomous agent systems - Exposure to modern agent orchestration frameworks - Experience with observability, evaluation, and monitoring of LLM systems - Experience optimizing latency and performance in AI workflows - Knowledge of production deployment and scalable backend architectures Preferred Candidate Profile: - Strong problem-solving and system design mindset - Ability to independently design and implement complex AI workflows - Experience working on production-grade AI applications - Passion for emerging AI agent frameworks and backend engineering (Note: The given job description does not contain any additional details about the company.)
