About the role
As an Insurance Technology Consultant at Clari5, you will play a key role in shaping the company's Insurance Fraud, Waste & Abuse (FWA) product strategy. Your deep expertise in the Insurance industry will be crucial, particularly in FWA detection and prevention. You should have a strong background in building, deploying, or advising on insurance-specific products, with a comprehensive understanding of claims lifecycles, underwriting risk, TPA ecosystems, and IRDAI compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Lead market validation activities by engaging with insurers, TPAs, brokers, and reinsurers to identify FWA pain points and product opportunities - Define the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) scope, including use cases, detection models, rules engine requirements, workflow, and adjudication logic across various insurance segments - Map out integration architecture with TPA portals and ensure compliance with IRDAI data exchange standards - Document the IRDAI regulatory landscape for FWA and incorporate compliance requirements into product design - Develop a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy based on market discovery findings and engage with target insurance buyers and channel partners within the industry network Requirements: Must Have: - Hands-on experience in building or deploying insurance FWA/fraud analytics products - Proficiency in claims processing for various insurance lines such as Health, Motor, Life, and Reinsurance - Familiarity with IRDAI regulations and compliance frameworks - Experience working with insurance technology stacks including policy admin, claims systems, and TPA portals - Ability to differentiate Insurance FWA from banking fraud and apply this understanding to product design - Strong network within the Indian insurance ecosystem involving carriers, TPAs, IRDAI, and GIC Re Location: Bengaluru Experience: 1218 years total; minimum 8 years in the Insurance domain Segments: Health/TPA, General Insurance, Life, Motor/P&C, Reinsurance Reporting To: Chief Product Officer (Note: The additional details of the company were not provided in the job description) As an Insurance Technology Consultant at Clari5, you will play a key role in shaping the company's Insurance Fraud, Waste & Abuse (FWA) product strategy.
