IT Service Management

We are hiring for IT Service Management Location :- Pune Notice Period :- 30 Days Immediate Joiner Prefered Company :- MNC BE preferred with 2-3+ years of relevant IT experience • Provide day-to-day support for desktops, laptops, and softphones • Basic knowledge of servers (AD, DNS, DHCP) • Handle incidents and service requests, ensuring SLA adherence and root cause resolution • Support basic LAN infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls) • Troubleshoot endpoint OS issues and ensure security compliance • Understanding of IT asset management • Support remote and floor users based on ticket assignments • Knowledge of WVD/AVD, and exposure to Genesys/AWS is an added advantage • Flexible to work in shifts and coordinate across geographies Interested Candidate Shared CV :- sunny@clarityconsulting.in
