About the role
About You – Experience, Education, Skills, and Accomplishments Graduate in BE/BTech/MTech – Computer Science or a related field. 8+ years of experience in software development with a focus on system design and architecture. Extensive experience in Python backend development . Hands-on experience with Angular frontend development . Strong knowledge and practical experience with PostgreSQL and database design . Proven track record of hands-on coding and active involvement in the development process. It Would Be Great If You Also Had: Experience in designing scalable, distributed systems and implementing microservices architecture . Knowledge of Machine Learning , Automation , and Big Data frameworks . Experience with DevOps , CI/CD , and cloud infrastructure . Strong understanding of SCRUM and Agile development methodologies . Excellent problem-solving , communication , and leadership skills . What You'll Be Doing in This Role Translate business problems and product designs into technical solutions aligned with organizational goals. Architect and design scalable, efficient software systems, and define technical standards and best practices. Lead a team of engineers to develop, implement, and maintain technical solutions. Engage in hands-on coding and development to prototype and iterate on solutions. Ensure high performance , security , and scalability of applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders. Drive technical innovation and continuous improvement of architecture and development processes. Participate in SCRUM ceremonies , mentor team members, and ensure alignment with Agile practices.
