About the role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Team Lead to guide our development team in delivering high-quality software solutions. As a Tech Lead, you will combine strong technical expertise with excellent leadership skills to mentor developers, architect solutions, and ensure smooth project delivery. About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments Bachelor s degree required; master s degree preferred, preferably in a quantitative or technical field At least 5 - 7 years of relevant professional experience as Senior Software Engineer or Technical Lead. Strong proficiency in Java, Spring framework, RESTful Microservices, Postgres Experience with cloud platforms AWS and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to lead technical discussions, resolve conflicts, and build consensus. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. It would be great if you also had Experience in DevOps practices or managing infrastructure. Prior experience in hiring or team scaling. What will you be doing in this role Lead and mentor a team of developers through the full software development lifecycle. Collaborate with product managers, tech partners, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and scope. Architect and implement scalable, maintainable, and secure systems. Perform code reviews, provide feedback, and enforce best practices in software development. Monitor team performance, set goals, and support professional development. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide the team toward effective solutions. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Ensure timely delivery of projects and milestones. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
