About the role
Role Overview: As an Officer ERP Support at Classic Fashion, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless functioning of ERP and HCM systems across the organization. Your role will involve leading and supporting issue resolution, troubleshooting end-user system issues, collaborating with teams, documenting solutions, and providing insights for system enhancement. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and support ERP/HRMS issue resolution across multiple departments - Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve end-user system issues efficiently - Collaborate with engineering and implementation teams to close support tickets - Ensure adherence to SLAs and manage high-priority system incidents - Document solutions, collect user feedback, and recommend process improvements - Provide insights to product and solutions teams for continuous system enhancement Qualification Required: - 34 years of experience in ERP/HCM application support - Hands-on experience with ERP or HCM platforms - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Proven ability to lead or guide support teams - Bachelors degree in any discipline - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Role Overview: As an Officer ERP Support at Classic Fashion, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless functioning of ERP and HCM systems across the organization.
