As a Product Owner at Clean Harbors, you will have the opportunity to leverage AI-powered design and product tools to refine user journeys, accelerate discovery, validate product hypotheses, and translate business needs into well-defined epics and user stories. Your role will involve leading product development discussions using data- and AI-driven insights to prioritize backlog, guide architectural trade-offs, and align cross-functional teams on value-driven outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business process requirements and assist them with enhancement requests for ServiceNow. - Author epics and stories with detailed acceptance criteria for enhancement requests on ServiceNow that address stakeholder business problems. - Work closely with delivery teams and business analysts to translate business requirements into workable product backlogs. - Partner closely with Scrum Masters on sprint planning, prioritizing stories with the highest business value aligned with enterprise standards and roadmaps. - Determine scope, estimate work effort, and duration of development activities. - Conduct formal review and acceptance of user stories implemented by the agile team within a sprint. - Drive the execution of user acceptance testing activities with support from business and technology team members. - Maintain a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform's current and future capabilities. - Participate in team planning and activities for improving skills, knowledge, and quality of work. - Mentor and coach team members, leveraging your experience and expertise. - Demonstrate strong organizational skills to meet tight deadlines, coordinate, prioritize, and communicate project statuses effectively. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree with a master's degree recommended. - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner. - Working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform. - Working knowledge of at least five of the following: change management, incident management, request management, release management, problem management, knowledge management, IT operations management, security operations management, business continuity management, vendor risk management, service level management, and financial management. - Demonstrated experience in building software products using agile methodologies. - Basic understanding of ITIL and Information Security best practices. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or with team members with little supervision. - Experience in mentoring and coaching others. - Demonstrated documentation experience in creating rich content that explains business requirements using various documentation tools.
